The Institution is approved from All India Council of Technical Education, AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India, State Government of Rajasthan & affiliated with government's own Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota.
Scholarships are also provided by various Government organizations to the meritorious students under various schemes. In addition, students belonging to SC,ST, OBC-BPL and OBC-Widow categories are eligible for upto 100% scholarship from local Samaj Kalyan Vibhag offices.
Various other scholarships/ Awards are allied with the student's performance while at YCET, SOHALI.
